Wedisphere Community Guidelines

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

Wedisphere exists to support, elevate, and connect wedding professionals around the world. Our community is built on respect, generosity, and professionalism. By joining Wedisphere, you agree to help keep this space safe, inspiring, and valuable for everyone.

These Community Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Wedisphere Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms & Conditions.

1. Lead with Respect

Treat all members with kindness and professionalism — even in disagreement. Diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and creative styles are welcome. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

2. Support Over Competition

Wedisphere is a collaboration-first space, not a comparison game. We encourage shared learning and encouragement. Undermining others, gatekeeping information, or creating division goes against the spirit of this community.

3. Keep It Constructive

Thoughtful, requested feedback is welcome. Be mindful of tone and intent — aim to help, not harm. If it wouldn't feel appropriate face-to-face, it likely doesn't belong here.

4. Share Authentically

Share content, insights, and opportunities that are genuine, relevant, and truthful. Misrepresentation, misleading information, or deceptive practices are not allowed.

If you share creative work that was generated in whole or substantial part by AI (including imagery, written content, or design assets), please disclose this clearly in the post. Transparency protects the integrity of our community and the trust between professionals.

5. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion

Wedisphere is not a cold-pitch platform.

No unsolicited promotional messages.
Educators, brands, and service providers may promote their offerings only through designated promotional placements (such as Workshops, Courses, Mentorship, Job, and Referral posts) and approved in-app tools. Promotional content in comments, direct messages, or non-promotional post types is not permitted.
Job posts, workshops, and resources must be relevant, accurately described, and appropriate to the post type.
Quality over noise, always.

6. Protect Privacy & Trust

Respect personal boundaries and confidentiality.

Do not share private conversations or personal information without consent.
Do not share screenshots or content from the app publicly or with third parties without the original poster's permission.
Trust is foundational here.

7. Ask for Help — Offer It Thoughtfully

There's no "right stage" to be at in this industry. Ask questions freely, share generously, and engage with care.

8. Safety First

Content that promotes harm, illegal activity, exploitation, or unsafe practices will be removed immediately. If you see something concerning, please report it using the in-app report function or by emailing support@wedisphere.com so we can address it promptly.

9. Honor the Platform

Wedisphere is a curated space. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines or compromise the integrity of the community.

10. Help Us Shape This Space

These guidelines may evolve as the community grows, and we welcome feedback. Our shared goal is a space that feels calm, inspiring, and genuinely supportive of creative careers.

Use our "Give Feedback" link to help us improve everyone's experience.

Thank you for being here. Your presence, voice, and creativity help shape the future of Wedisphere.
