We’re sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Wedisphere account and associated data at any time using the form below.
Before You Delete
Please note that deleting your account will:
• Permanently remove your professional profile from Wedisphere
• Cancel any active referrals, connections, and saved opportunities
• Remove your access to curated education content and community features
• End any active subscription (please cancel through the App Store or Google Play separately if applicable)
This action cannot be undone. If you’d prefer to take a break, you can simply log out — your account will remain intact.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a deletion request, we permanently remove:
• Your name, email, profile photo, and bio
• Your business details, portfolio, and uploaded images
• Your messages, referrals, and connection history
• Your activity, preferences, and saved content
What We May Retain
For legal, security, and compliance reasons, we may retain limited information for a defined period:
• Transaction and billing records (as required by tax and financial regulations, typically 7 years)
• Records necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — In the app:
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm your request.
Option 2 — Submit a request here:
Email us at support@wedisphere.com with the subject line “Delete My Account,” including:
• The email address associated with your account
• Your full name as it appears on your profile
We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
